Arthur M. Love IV, AIA, CPHC
Associate
Arthur has been with Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects since 2014. Focusing mainly on the design of multi-family housing and commercial projects, Arthur is continually looking for ways to incorporate sustainable principles into each project he works on and has become a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC). Seeing design as the integration of the details within the bigger picture, Arthur has a strong interest in both space planning and urban design. Some of his favorite projects include Previte’s Marketplace, Tufts University Dormitories, and Watertown Savings Bank.
Arthur received his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Architecture from Roger Williams University. He is licensed in the state of MA and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Arthur is a resident of historic Salem, MA where he enjoys walking around town and visiting other Northshore communities. He is also an avid Boston sports fan and especially loves tailgating at every New England Patriots game.
